Lord Rupert has invested a large sum of money in an international secret police. This secret police force is highly trained and works to take down international terrorists before they can strike. The RSP (Rupian Secret Police) will stop at nothing to take the most dangerous terrorists down. While they work primarily in the interest of Lord Rupert's Empire, many nations have praised the RSP for taking down dangerous terrorists who were planning atrocities against nations allied with The Empire of ALRE III. Although they have received praise, the RSP has also been scrutinized for its extreme methods. The Empire of ALRE III does not abide by most international law and therefore the RSP does use extreme methods of torture. Some of these methods include waterboarding, phycological torment, amputation of limbs, and in some cases, electrocution. Lord Rupert has denied the accusations of his torture methods but they are true.
