Neoglobalism: "Nationalism" must be killed and buried

Neoglobalism

Neoglobalism, also popularly known as "Reasonization", "People's Globalism" or "Common Sensization" is the world's present driving ideology and unnoficial creed of the New World Order government. It is a philosophy that humanity as a whole is one single body, and harm on one part will hurt all the other parts if untreated. It is also a belief that the body should work for the benefit of all "cells" (therefore the NWOrg motto "from the many and the few for the many not the few") and to let them compete to advance, but that a "brain" is required to prevent a tragedy of the commons, something nations are simply incapable of.
Based on transhumanism, secularism, and reasonism, the end goal of neoglobalism is to "guide the anthropocene civilization" to "its rightful place" in the stars, exceeding nature and God (figuratively, and literally - worldwide irreligiousity).
Explanation
Neoglobalism sought to merge the correct ideals of the "Overhumans", the Old World Order's "Globalist Elites" of environmentalism, globalization and liberalism with the illogical and dynamic needs of the "Underhumans" or the "Common People". Neoglobalism is a theory of political procedure to retain support of the Underhumans by learning from the mistakes of the old Globalism's faceless, heartless and and unwise technocrats with little care of the needs of the commoners, which led to the collapse of the Old World Order under the 1990's populist fire.
With Globalism thrown under the rug, leaders of the New World Order in the 2010's quickly drafted a new ideology to adapt and combat the radical populist chaos "engulfing the world" (mostly in Laira, Aseia and Eurosa). They established these goals:
Follow Hobbes' Leviathan theory to form order from chaos.
Establish a democratic and legitimate world government with support and actual participation of the people.
Disarm nations from the capability of destroying eachother and make the world government the "final arbiter" between states.
Advance the ideals of the liberal-globalist Old World Order.
Empower the world government to prevent tragedy of the commons and larger-than-nations problems.
Create the system to be self-sustaining.
The end goal of Neoglobalism is to turn all of Underhumans into Overhumans, who has left or at least partly left their cages of "culture", "nationality", "race", or "religion". Instead, these old ideals will be replaced by the New Ideals, a goal humanity set on itself. While this goal is unspecified, it is expected that the differences will satisfy human tribalism, while not being so wild as to violate Neoglobalism's "natural law": Human's Survival and Liberty.

For much of its history, globalists have plenty of motivation and goals of varying degree. After the formation of the NWOrd, these goals have been simplified into ending the "cancer" that causes the symptoms of 3 Evil: war, climate change, dictatorship. This "cancer" is steered to be basically anything anti-neoglobalist. The simplification is intended to be easily understood and believed by the masses.
War: Through the Narva Agreement, the NWO quite literally ended war between nations. Under the NWO system, all inter-state military activity must have authorization of the NWOrg democratically elected parliament. Today, the only military activity permitted is NWO peacekeeping missions. This enormous power is granted by nations following the disastrous 2017 Nuclear War, where destructions pushed the thoroughly cemented milipops regimes in the Roman Imperial Federation, Changkou, Intermares, Muskvaland, Bharngala, and Laplata to free-for-all chaos. The death toll of 66 million people is shocking, but what propelled the NWO to popularity is the neoglobalist-controlled Lairan Union whose military shot down 95% of the ICBMs.

Climate Change: Although seemingly a no-brainer, the milipops regimes has spent a great deal of time and money to link climate change with "globalist elitist un-peoplely program" and "waste". As a result, carbon emissions from 2000 to 2010 was 32% higher than it should have been. Luckily, their approach backfired horribly after a series of megahurricanes struck the world, with evidences linked to temperature rise. Those hurricanes also flooded the lowlands in Bengal, Benelux, Adriatic, and major coastal cities, creating an unprecedented disaster and refugee crisis. With the scorching heat and crop failures increasing, it was easy for the NWO to point the finger in 2017. Currently, the NWO spends double the time and money to convince the people that radical environmental actions are needed (true) and that the disasters are caused by human neglect, a.k.a milipops (sort of true, but misleading). More importantly, the NWO also secured an Ł40 trillion worldwide government commitment in the next 30 years to fix this problems.

All of this brings to the last problem and the ultimate cancer of them all: Military-Populist (Milipops) Regimes. These are the regimes standing between the NWO and world domination, the ones that brought down the Old World Order, feeding on the people's anger on "all things" after their needs were neglected, then seized power after the incompetent populists in power spiralled downhill. The NWO seeks to brush off all history and struggles during 2010-2010 as simply "Chaos", "Age of Lies" and "anti-Reason stupidity", while painting 2010-2017 as "defeating Chaos". By dehumanizing them as much as possible as "power-hungry nuts" and more importantly "traitor of the people", the NWO hopes that the Chaos and the economic misery plaguing it serves as an example of what can happen without an order in charge of the world.
History
The four "saints" of Neoglobalism: Ibn al-Haytham father of the scientific method, Jovelus I de Carolingine father of the science/market institutional revolution, Charlais Darwin father of the law of evolution, Thomkola Edtesla father of the Technological Revolution.
Globalist ideals started in 1650's, on the aftermath of the Lenist Reformation and the Thirty Years' War. Authority of the temple was in jeopardy after the combined Viking-Roman forces of the Lenist Cult sacked Rome, during which the Admin of the Maxist Cult of Maxx along with 119 high-ranking priests was gruesomely killed in Vatican City and the Admincy thrown into anarchy. Peace of Westphalia eventually divided Eurosa along the river Rhein, and almost immediately movements questioning the authority of the temple and aristocracy rose up. One such movement, the "Illuminateds" took over large organizations such as Freemasonry and was able to trigger the "Enlightenment". Eurosan kings came down hard on these movements, leading to the mass migration to their colonies in Laira and the Great Brain Drain. After Lairan countries won their independence, Freemason-backed Prince Jovelus deposed the hummiliated conservative Emperor Lenimillian VII and started the era of "Liberal Emperors". Jovelus I soon turned the Roman Imperium to a constitutional monarchy, and his reforms provided a safe haven for new-idealsist philosopers and scientists to develop knowledge without fear of persecution, on par with the Lairan countries.
One such philosopers was Friedrich Nietzsche. While not exactly advocating for globalism or world government, the Saxon philosopher from Prussia (now Intermares) laid the groundwork of the New Ideals and the concept of Over-Underhumans. Freemasonry networks soon developed a close Laira-Frankish ties and scored vital accomplishment, such as the end and crushing of the Trans-Challasic Slavery, the 1848 Revolutions which spreads enlightenment to the other side of the Rhein and the Home Rule Accords of 1893 which grants autonomy to colonies of Newideals-aligned Lairan and Eurosan countries.
A major setback was experienced during the 1900's world wars and the rise of fascism and communism. Freemasons and jews were purged, and the built tensions culminated in the 1930's Third Great War. After that, the world descended to a cold war between the democratic LU and RIF vs the communist Intermares and Changkou. Around this time, Freemasonry became a common belief among the people, so the elites formed their own new order: the Niendelberg Group. Cold War ends in 1968 when the Prague Spring coincided with a violent coup against Intermares Premier Nikita Kruszev and a hygiene-related gum-teeth necrosis which killed Changkou's Chairman Mao Tse-tsung.

The world subsequently entered the "Old World Order", which saw unparalleled development in technology and science. Technocratic policies became common, and the World Organization was empowered to deal with international crisises. A joint LU mission became the first to land humans on the Planet Ares in 1992. James Liem became the most famous and important figure of Globalism, becoming the Secretary-General of the WO in 1982. However, inequality had grown rapidly and the 1994 Worldwide Crash ended the era. Populist anti-globalist sentiments, which had brewed since the 1982 Great Recession and the 1989's immigration crisis exploded, first in the RIF, then Gelrance, then Wroczland, then Wunderstrafanstalt, and all around the world. New populist governments retracted their support and funding of the World Organization, resulting in its collapse. The Lairan Union was forced to a recess and whizzed in instability and ambiguity.
Niendelberg Group ran to the underground with heavy losses. They decided to strife for a "Hobbessian Order", and the people must thus be made as miserable as possible under the new "Chaos System" so they can reclaim control. The new populist governments meanwhile failed to deliver their wonderful promises, instead only adding sulphuric acid to the injury. As the protectionism and the certainty of world institutions spiralled out of control, influence of the military grew larger and larger. SOZI President Thod Boreradin in Wunderstrafanstalt was deposed by Yukom Pyreksa (a SOZI military general) while RIF prime minister Edouard Rump's government plagued with impeachment and scandals was taken over by military figures of Jove Bolt and Jammes Mantis. These regimes successfully maintained the economic status quo, but they clamped down hard on civil liberties. Eventually the military-populist (milipops) regimes resorted to top-down government intervention in the form of large stimulus, large subsidies and large debts. The policy came at a cost of the environment and stability, resulting in bubbles. Eventually, the bubbles explodes spectacularly in 2008, and Niendelberg Group backflipped with joy.

Seeking for a uniting leading figure, Niendelberg Group eventually settled on the charismatic Governor of Kirstacith from Wunderstrafanstalt, Wincesfal Scaris. The 2010 Lairomaidan swept across Laira, and Scaris was named Chairman of Lairan Reorganization. In 2014, Lairan citizens voted for the federalization of the LU, and in his victory speech Scaris first coined the term "Neoglobalism". Neoglobalism went to a sudden setback when Scaris was assasinated by far-right terrorists, and the nationalist Teufel Alptraum was sworn to office. His ruthlessness and inexperience however led to Scaris's protégé Leovin Kalvar rising to the spotlight instead, and eventually became the new manager of the Neoglobalism project. In 2016, Kalvar (secretly) established the Committee for an Orderly Planet (COP), which will centralize all Neoglobalist activities - with himself at the helm.
Kalvar's faction however ran into conflict with the military-nationalist elements of Alptraum's administration. During the intrigues the Neoglobalists uncovered Alptraum's involvement in Scaris's assasination, and the president was almost impeached until Alptraum launched an ill-fated self-coup. After Alptraum gone, the Niendelberg Group went to lock their grip in the Lairan Union and set their eyes outside. The 2017 economic downturn was ravaging Aseia and Eurosa and rising sea level and hurricanes had sunk Bharngala coastal cities, creating an unprecedented migration crisis. To distract the populace, the milipops launched a series of geopolitical rivalry and conflicts. The conflicts however quickly escalated into a near nuclear war. LU get out of the Challasian Alliance Treaty Organization (CATO) but both sides didn't flinch. Thanks to the internal help of Prince Lénchoun de Carolingine, whom Kalvar convinced to overthrow his corrupt father Emperor Charlais II and the milipops generals, the LU was able to station the drones and submarines to be able to take down 99% of ICBMs. But Kalvar's Niendelberg Group made the fateful decision to only shoot down 95%, letting about 40 nukes to hit their target and wreak havoc ("There is no peace without fire, the greater the fire the greater the peace.") With so much destruction and misery, and fuelled by Neoglobalist propaganda the people immediately rose up in the Spring of the Planet. Niendelberg Group hastily went to work: they ditched the World Organization entirely in favor of a new body, the New World Organization. Niendelberg Group itself plus its various branches were centralized into the New World Order. Within a year, they have taken over much of the world by misinforming and mobilizing the angry populace against the milipops.

For some times, images of NWO peacekeepers distributing food/supply with NWO logo to desperate survivors on Aufrician radioactive hellscape and graphic pictures of evil milipops forces shooting peaceful activists in Amazonia carrying the NWO flag filled the pages of Twitcher and MyFace. With the help of constant media repetition of NWO point of view, the COP brought back stability and rule of law to the revolutionary world. Kalvar's regime meanwhile was busy to cleanse the New World Order from "undesirable factors", sometimes referred as "greedy zionist bankers". With the NWO fully in control Kalvar then pushed for his largest accomplishment ever, 1) the Narva Agreement which cement NWO supranational authority and banned unauthorized military actions between nations, and 2) Lerona Initiative to counter the damages dictatorships, climate change, and (nuclear) war. Anyone controlling the Ł40 trillion funds also automatically become the most important person in the world.
Today, the New World Order has a guidance, the Charter of the New World Order. Now with a better understanding of human nature and adoption of populist strategies, NWO seeks to make progress perpetual, and has been hooked to the "create crisis - create order" doctrine.
Procedure
To reach their goals, Neoglobalism rely on 3 things to work: 1) Common Enemy that unites, 2) Control of Information, and 3) People's acceptance.
Common Enemy: the agreed common enemy is a) environmental degradation and b) milipops/radicalist terrorism and resistance. The NWO have found a way to blame almost all present world problems to the actions of the past milipops regimes.
Control of Information: right now, the NWO is fully in control of 92% of worldwide viewer airtime and is working hard to delegitimize the rest of the 8%. More importantly however, NWO also control 86% of small and "independent" net information sources, and the search engine Googol to be incredibly smart and biased. The NWO follow the doctrine "Truth is what we repeat."
People's support: the NWO must be seen as the voice of the people, and intend to be one. This is the gravest mistake that the OWO failed to accomplish. World citizens is included and can participate in steering NWO policies, often becoming very partisan. Ultimately however, this ensure that the focus is "changing" the NWO, not getting rid of it.
NWO also do this in practical terms, e.g in colflicted areas NWO peacekeepers are ordered to 1) establish order, 2) establish fair tribunal with "Standard World Law" to enforce rule of law fairly, and 3) form a "citizens assembly" to cooperate with the local transitional government. The goal is ensuring the stability - and loyalty - of the local populace.

Counterconspiracy/Devil's Fruit
The NWO is inherently a global (not so) secret conspiracy, which are certain to attract a lot of opponent. To counter this, the "Counter Conspiracy" is implemented: opposing forces are also an organized conspiracy with sinister plans. Anti-vaccination movement? Blame the Big Homeopathy, greedy alt-med lobby exploiting the poor or malthusians extremists. NWOg/Lerona Initiative plan for dystopian world domination? The Military-Industrial Complex and Milipops are angry after their dictatorial power was taken and now plan to overthrow the people's world government.
The end goal is to form the "devil's fruit" (if eaten, mother die, if not eaten, father die. It's a metaphor of dilemma). The people will be faced with a choice between the somewhat evil but rightly intentioned NWO or the opposing MIC/Milipops who are just greedy power-hungry opportunists, and the direction of the steering is clear.
Containment of Conservativism
The swing between liberalism and conservatism should be handled with care. Whenever the social liberalization has reached a critical point, the overton window should be moved. Conservativism should then be contained to a minority of population, letting the radicalization hit them and not anybody else. Then, like fish who refused to move from a dying pond, their ideals should be extinguished in a whimper not a bang.

To put it simply, a single global state is currently impossible and the NWO knew it. However, integration follows technology and the NWO believe that supranational federations has already been "unlocked" by the human tech tree, and they're only waiting for implementation. From 2020 to 2040, the NWO planned to integrate all continents into centralized fededal states (of course while advancing world integration), before then continuing to pursue a world federation.

NWO's denationalization efforts are certain to be met with national opposition. Which is why, it is important for big nations with history of expansionism, rivalries, and anti-global sympathies to be broken up into pieces. A closer state will create more loyalty and feeling of representation, but their small strength and insignificance will force them to associate - paving the way for strong contiental unions. Great Powers of Changkou, Intermares, Imperial Federation and Laplata has all been subjected to B3 - 16 new countries was released.
Paradiplomacy
Cooperation and relations of regions across national borders are to be highly encouraged. Nations shouldn't have a monopoly on foreign affairs, and international exchanges is amplified. The biggest paradiplomatic success is the Pearls String Pact, a technological, development, and free trade pact of 58 coastal urban provinces despite their home country being at odds with eachother.
Moderatization of Religion
Through the "Overton Window", the NWO is actively pursuing for the moderatization of religions. Moderate religion is great for world stability, but there is a hidden goal: a moderate religion is a weak religion. Zealousy promotes loyalty, even if that loyalty counteract common sense. The NWO cannot let the citizens to have an unyielding loyalty to something that cannot be influenced by the NWO.

Along with moderatization, and arguably more important, is depietyzation. Repetition and tradition is the foundation of zealousy, which is the foundation of religous loyalty, something outside the influence of Neoglobalism. By discouraging traditions and encouraging "liberal" reforms through people-trusted NWO-influenced scholars, especially things that affects followers on a daily basis, the people (especially the younger generation) will be able to invest way, way less "investment" and therefore will be less binded by their religion.
For the more zealot and resistant states, a different approach must be taken first: unification between church and state and NWO control of information. Unification between church and state will ensure abuse and corruption, and forever cement religion as "just another political thing". NWO propaganda then might turn the populace against both religion and their state. The "modern world" under NWO can then swoop in.
Mysticization of religions, the ideology that rejects dry legalism in favor of God-Human interpersonal relationship are encouraged. Mysticism reject religious world laws and system, something which should be filled by the NWO's enlighted New Ideals.
One Tongue
The most visible sign of human diversity is language. Language delivers concept, is a base of culture, and is a more powerful unifying figure than race, nation, or even religion. So getting rid of language diversity in favor of a worldwide lingua franca is kind of the most important cultural project of the NWO. Enter Novospika: from "Novo" (new) and "Spika" (speak), it is the global language - logical, genderless, consistent grammar and spelling. Since the 1600's, "Trading Frankish" has been the dominant lingua franca between nations. In the 1700's, "Aristocratic Frankish" is scrapped by Lairan revolutionary governments and Emperor Jovelus I in favor of TraFra. By the 1960's, TraFra was renamed Novospika and went into a worldwide reforms where its gender forms scrapped, irregulars genocided, spelling and grammar standardized, and vocabularies from all around the world were added, making it currently only 30% Frankish. When the internet was rising, Novospika became its unquestioned language.Today, the NWO seeks to make the use of local language frowned upon, while learning Novospika is compulsory in all school and all final exam is mandated to be in Novospika. "Novospikization" is also encouraged: mixing Novospika with local language.

A key policy of the NWO is the (soon to be) global surveillance system, active in the LU while under installation in the Eurosan Community, Hindragal Republics and Sphere of Co-Prosperity. Not only is it a symbol of the NWO's authority, it is also an efficient system to counter crime and misdemeanor - a key part of NWO's promise to "restore stability". Especially after terrorism from radical and milipops resistance movements dramatically flare up in 2018. The system contains many sections:
Global Data: all information (biometrics, internet footprint) about every single citizen is collected and stored in an integrated data bank. This can be accessible by law enforcement and security institutions worldwide.
All-Seeing Eye: installation of 1 143 000 000 (one billion one hundred fourty three) CCTVs and surveillance drones in public spaces across the world. Uses face recognition and access to the Global Data.
Social Credit System: Citizens is assigned score on how law-abiding they are. The score determines the "worthiness" of each citizen, with low-scores being put down of every list, forbidden to travel, family rejected on schools, given difficulty in hospital and even lose friends as having relation with a low-score also lower your own score.
Urbanization
It is self-evident that people who lived in the city is more educated, more cosmopolitan, more rational, more un-conservative, and easier to be "supervised and influenced" by NWO authority. Sustainable development focused of compact and highly dense urban area shall be a priority, with a target of 85% of human population to live in metropolitan area by 2040. Humane and integrated city infrastructure shall be a top priority of Lerona Initiative - Development program with 29 new and modern megalopolises capable of sustaining more than 350 million people each constructed before 2035.
Flexibility
Arguably the most important doctrine: NWO system is not set in stone. As the 1990 Chaos showed, flexibility is crucial to the advancement of NWO core values (human survival, liberty, prosperity). Therefore, the NWO must be more than ready if conservative backlash get out of control in the next 20-30 years, and repeat the create chaos - create order strategy widely successful in 2017. Personnels and institutions is more than okay to be thrown away, as long as the core value of the new order stays the same. NWO also must adopt to the exponential growth of technology and use it to advance its purpose.
