The Berlin Commonwealth

The Berlin Commonwealth is an alliance on economics. We use a system with an international bank and currency, where all banks are sourced with Deutsche Marks from the Berlin Vault.

We have a couple policies that can be seen below:
1. Currency must changed to the Deutsche Mark.
2. A minimum of 1% of each member state's GDP must be annually given to the Berlin Commonwealth to maintain the alliance.
3. Your country must be accessable by boat and plane.
