Specialty tech, programs and structures(WIP)
This fact book will act as a list for me and you to keep track of specialties that you have developed or are developing, you must have your specialty approved by the RP master via telegram before developing it.Specialty tech: specialty tech is either unconventional or too advanced tech turned useful, this could be military, agriculture, space, medical or other things. This also includes super weapons like nukes, kinetic rods and orbital super lasers.(note all nuclear programs have a grade 4 preset)
Specialty programs: specialty programs are programs that are not used or are extremely hard to operate, for example, space programs, space colonies and deep subteranean programs.
Specialty structures: specialty structures are structures that are extremely expensive and gives a worthwhile reward, for example the Opallin space elevator and HELLFIRE or the Zandovian OSSR.
Tech organizations: technology organizations are organizations that you can create or join to share technology between other nations. Depending on the number of members and their technologies that they wield. If one nation discovers a tech, another member might get it for free and you will have the time needed to discover it cut in half. Having your own organization will bring no benefits unless you have another member, for instance, the Nanjing Organization will give no benefits to Opal unless there is another member present.
Warning: everyone of these(other than tech organizations) require a minimum of one week of development to complete unless it is halved, provided by a member of your organization or a friendly nation. You cannot develop a structure, tech and program at the same time, you will need to develop one at a time, however you can postpone a project in favor of another one and return to it afterwards at the same place you were at previously, for instance, Opal postponed the construction of the Orbital elevator in favor of anti-nanotechnology and resumed it afterwards.
