Phenac Conference: A Place in the Sun

Greetings fellow leaders of Poenas! Today I am announcing the creation of a conference for inter-regional land claims in the New World! As it will be taking place in Phenac City, I am calling it the Phenac Conference. Here is how the land claims will work as of right now:

-Every week (at any time during the week but BEFORE the next conference), Leaders will make land claims on chunks of the New World.

-The map of Poenas will update with everyone's land claim at the following conference (Thursday).

-Other leaders may claim owned land in the New World (only), trade it around, ask for it, demand it, go to war for it, or whatever is deemed a necessary action by the Leader. The New World will be updated with changes every week, regardless of what the nation who owns that land thinks. You must defend your territory!

-The New World itself is free game, but the older continents are to be left alone unless requested by the Leader who owns the land. (Ex: for roleplay purposes)

-If you miss a week, then your land claim for that week is forfeit. Be sure to check in!

-The land claim can be split between any of your puppet nations in any way, but there is only 1 claim per person per conference.

The scramble starts effective immediately!
