Beepeean Actual Time Act, 2018

Part 1. Objectives of this Act

The objectives of this Act are:
a. To establish consistent time nomenclature across the South Pacific.
b. To ensure the one true time zone is protected

Part 2. Creation of Beepeean Actual Time

1.  The South Pacific Regional Message Board, herein referred to as RMB, will adopt Beepeean Actual Time, herein referred to as BAT, as the one true timezone.

2.  BAT will be defined as, in winter - AEST and in summer - AEDT, unless expressly stated by Beepee that a change from this timezone is to occur.

3. Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Night shall be used at appropriate times during the BAT day.

4. The failure of any nation to follow proper nomenclature will be an offence under Beepeean law.

Part 3. Offences

1. Any person who knowingly or recklessly violates Part 2 above is liable to punishment by means of not less than 7 hours hard labour at a Kentucky Fried Pengiun.

Part 4. Exceptions

1. The Beepeean Government may provide exemptions for any nation.

2. Any nation with an exemption can not be considered guilty of an offence under Part 2 above.

3. Exemptions may be revoked at any time and without prior notice.
