The World Assembly,

RECOGNIZING the “World Assembly Security Council” and “The Security Council” as two different bodies, one being an official division of the World Assembly, the other being a region;

APPRECIATING the symbolic value of the resolution “Liberate The Security Council,” however noting that The WA Security Council is no longer under the “fraternal shadow” of the General Assembly, and believing that it has, to the contrary, begun to take precedent over the workings of the GA;

BELIEVING that the symbolic value of this resolution, while well-meaning, is currently lost, as the Security Council has most certainly overcome the challenges of its early age (and then some);

IDENTIFYING the target of this liberation, the region, “The Security Council,” as being a region and not officially being a body of any higher authority in the WA or the world, and as being linked to the actual WA Security Council only as much as everyone else’s region,

RECOGNIZING the founder of this region, “SC Fanatic,” to be a puppet nation of the active nation “Topid,” who has said, quote, “I have the password if anyone serious ever raids the region,” and “I founded The Security Council,” and therefore recognizing that there is, in fact, no threat of raider occupation of this region and the appearance of the lack of a founder, if the region should appear this way, is not a real threat to the security of the region;

UNDERSTANDING the World Assembly Security Council to be an organization that is run by all of the World Assembly members as a whole, and not by a small group of individuals with the same general ideology;

OBSERVING the completely useless nature of this particular liberation, and, while accepting that numerous liberations have succeeded in repairing damaged communities and freeing would-be trophy regions, noting that this liberation is of a region with an active founder (or, at least, an active player behind the founding nation who has the ability to re-found it at any time), and does nothing to help this region besides place a badge on its page;

NOTICING the unyielding stance of the WA activists of the region, “The Security Council,” against the condemnation of certain raiders and raider-sympathizers who simply want to be condemned to acquire a sort of “badge of honor” on their nation or region’s page, noticing the fact that these same people have no problem with liberating their own region (with a liberation that has no actual function) to acquire a badge of their own, and frowning on this display of hypocrisy;

NOTING that many of us work our fingers to the bone to build our regions into something influential in the world, and that this region, “The Security Council,” has cheated this grueling process simply with its name and its stealing of the spotlight by being liberated;

HEREBY repeals “Liberate The Security Council,” as this resolution’s symbolic meaning has died, there is no risk of the region being invaded by anyone who did not originally inhabit it, and the region itself is not, in fact, an accurate representation of the actual World Assembly Security Council as a whole.

The Security Council,

Timidly Delving into the undisclosed, very hush-hush profile of Omigodtheykilledkenny found in the darkest depths of the Security Council’s dossiers,

Publicly disclosing the necessary articles of said documents which are worthy of mention -- though sparing the public of the harsh, brutal, and possibly nauseating details,

Rendered speechless by Omigodtheykilledkenny’s complete disregard for human rights and the environment, as well as a disturbing hatred of dolphins,

Deploring its development and continued funding of the “Creative Solutions Agency”,

Shuddering to recall that the CSA has creatively exploited these so-called ‘loopholes’ and logical fallacies in General Assembly resolutions for years,

Revealing that these “creative solutions” included malpractice lawsuits against abortionists, curtailing same-sex marriage legislation, ridiculing a ban on chemical weapons, and suggesting that the nation should increase its fossil-fuel emission rates by 1,000 percent in a year,

Appalled that in its apparent zeal to defy WA conventions on terrorism, the nation would actually appoint a known terrorist as ambassador to the World Assembly,

Equally appalled that delegates have applauded the corrupt activities of the CSA, and have even hired them on occasion,

Fearing such corruption, terrorism and disregard for the spirit of the law may spread throughout the World Assembly if the actions of such a harbinger of nefariousness are left uncriticized by the Security Council,

Certain that publicly displaying these deplorable activities to a crowd full of curious, bushy-tailed delegates is the best method for curtailing them,

Hereby condemns Omigodtheykilledkenny.

The Security Council,

COMMITTING itself to diplomatic efforts to end international servitude -- a commitment which current General Assembly (GA) legislation demands from member nations,

RECONGNIZING that Greater Tezdrian is the founder and the continued leader of the International Association of Slave Exporting Nations (IASEN),

NOTING that member nations of the IASEN are not obligated to comply to General Assembly legislation as the first clause of the IASEN Code of Rules demands that “all [IASEN members] must resign from the World Assembly”,

PROTESTING the IASEN’s marketing and promotion of their so-called “noble” practice of slavery,

AWARE that the IASEN operates through various storefronts and trade auctions across the world with an excess of over sixty-six million slaves in its possession,

DENOUCING the IASEN’s variation of “National Sovereignty” as a flimsy international excuse to abuse and ignore human and civil rights that were protected by anti-slavery GA legislation,

AFFIRMING that Greater Tezdrian and the IASEN have promoted an even worse reputation for national sovereignists regarding human and civil rights,

APPRECIATING the gallant opposition to the IASEN by WA members including …Ozymos, Orlkjestad, Kelanis, Uregrea, Windica and former and non-WA members including … Ostronopolis, New chalcedon, Questers, Santheres, Allemande, Ralkovia, Marzeron, Hardenburgh and troops from the World Anti-Slavery Organization (WASO) and the Oceanic Defense Coalition (ODECON),

UNDERSTANDING that the aforementioned and highly celebrated upholders of human rights took various actions against the IASEN including…

• The seizure of slave ships,
• Engagements of war,
• Trade embargos, and economic sanctions,
• Cease and Desist orders,
• Anti-Slavery Coalitions,
• Financial compensation and incentive for the freedom of the slaves,

ACCEPTING that a condemnation of the IASEN and its unrighteous founder is the very least that the World Assembly can do as an international entity dedicated to improving worldwide human and civil rights,

DEEPLY CONCERNED that the spread of servitude, and the reversal of existing liberties is imminent without early and responsive action towards this growing problem,

HEREBY CONDEMNS Greater Tezdrian.
