The Security Council,

Understanding that Brebina is barely a month old, founded October 23rd 2o23 as a Frontier by members of The Rejected Realms, trying to build a safe democratic community with an understanding of all opinions.

Seeing that Brebina, as a frontier, could be vulnerable to potential invasions by raiding groups, and that Brebina and it's puppet regions of Brebina Government Region and Brebinan Army would probably not be safe also.

Observing that the majority of Brebina would like to remain a frontier, to build a democratic community with spawning nations inside of it, and also stability without any fears of being raided.

Expecting that Brebina will be managed by the WA Delegate, as the incumbent president of Brebina and it's puppet region, while being a safe Frontier that will spawn many nations inside it.

Hereby injucts Brebina, preventing it from losing it's Frontier status and remaining a safe place for all nations.

"Condemnation of Brasilistan for Violating General Assembly #4: Restrictions on Child Labor and Attempted Annexation of Marche Noire"

WHEREAS, the World Assembly acknowledges the fundamental rights of minors and the critical need to shield them from exploitative labor practices;

WHEREAS, the General Assembly Resolution #4, known as the Restrictions on Child Labor, specifically articulates and prohibits the involvement of minors in situations jeopardizing their well-being and future development;

WHEREAS, multiple reports indicate occurrences within Brasilistan that raise grave concerns:

1. Reports detailing the abduction and coerced labor of thousands of children, specifically in diamond mining operations, exposing them to physical danger and psychological abuse.

2. The exploited minors, including young citizens of various nations such as Agno-Sordland, are subjected to harsh work environments, contrary to the established bans stipulated in the General Assembly Resolution #4. These situations include exposure to hazardous substances, heavy loads, and harmful temperatures.

3. The enforced employment of minors significantly obstructs their education and exposes them to circumstances that endanger their health and future prospects.

WHEREAS, additional reports suggest Brasilistan's pursuit of aggressive policies aimed at annexing their neighboring nation, Marche Noire, sparking apprehensions regarding their adherence to international norms and principles safeguarding territorial integrity;

WHEREAS, these actions by Brasilistan flagrantly contravene the regulations delineated in the Resolution, jeopardizing the welfare, safety, and rights of minors, while also violating internationally recognized standards against exploitative child labor;

THEREFORE, the World Assembly condemns Brasilistan's neglect of safeguarding minors from exploitation and their aggressive initiatives aimed at territorial annexation, urging immediate compliance with international norms to protect the welfare and future of all affected children.

HEREBY Condemns Brasilistan.

The Esteemed Security council,

Recognising that the UEPU has just made it passed its 200 day anniversary through all its challenges. As well recognising that the UEPU has been and is a beacon of hope in a sea of darkness, harbouring refugees and including asylum seekers from other regions in their community.

Applauding the UEPU's efforts to remain under native control, whilst helping others and housing other region's government in their time of need. As well as their founding role in the defensive alliance, ULTRA, hoping to unite other like minded regions in common defence.

Noticing that days ahead seem bleak, as the UEPU will continue to defy the raider threat to their way of life, and an Injunction would preserve that way of life.

Regarding that the UEPU is in a transition to become more democratic and free region then it is already, and this is one of its most venerable times, as it is constantly progressing.

Noting that the UEPU leadership and residents never would want to see a raider in charge, and that they want to maintain governance over their own region.

The Security council hereby Injuncts the UEPU.

Acknowledging that The Frontier Sea has been founded fairly recently by Island Raft,

Also acknowledging that they are a frontier, henceforth the name,

Concerned that they could be a subject towards raiders,

Thinking about how they are trying to create a peaceful enviroment for newer nations,

Remembering how they may have fought off some raiders and survived,

Recalling how they are considered gargantuan for the amount of nations, meaning it is a good enviroment for others, and they want to stay,

Hereby Injucts The Frontier Sea to stay a frontier forever.

Introducing Bilibili, a peaceful amalgamation of companionable nations, founded by PULSAR-AMG Cumhuriyeti,

Noting that after scarcely five days of peaceful existence, Bilibili was unjustly occupied by Rhic Rivilai,

Appreciating that this first occupation of Bilibili was repelled after precisely two days,

Understanding that Bilibili is once again under occupation by Rhic Rivilai,

Believing that Bilibili is now at grievous risk of losing its self-governance,

Hereby injuncts Bilibili.
