TERM: Anti-Citizen

An Anti-Citizen is an individual who has decided to act out against the government. An Anti-Citizen is NOT a permanent title, yet it can be if the individual has gone against the administration willingly, several times. It is possible for an Anti-Citizen to be allowed back into the Citizenry if it can be proven that the individual was misled, bribed, forced, or otherwise coerced into action against the government. If an individual has willingly gone against the government, yet they regret their actions, they are liable to undergo prison time, manual labor, and/or community service to regain their citizenship status, although it is fairly rare that they will.
