The cynical population of 19.635 billion Qadosians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The enormous, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Administration, and Law & Order. The average income tax rate is 58.2%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The sizeable but stagnant Qadosian economy, worth 53.0 trillion Euros a year, is highly specialized and led by the Basket Weaving industry, with significant contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Pizza Delivery, and Trout Farming.
