The Empire of New Vectoria

Vectoria was the largest project in human history, which baffeled mankind. Due to the will and faith of one single person, today known as "The man in the high castle", the construction of an artificial continent, bigger in size then australia, started in 2038. He managed it to receive financial support from various nations, such as the united states of america, saudi arabia, china and russia.
During the enormous and long construction phase, he and a team of the smartest scientists in the world managed it to produce extremely tiny nano machines, nearly pico-technology. This nanites are capable of keeping the human body healthy, they are doing everything keeping the host healthy in any way. After various testing phases, the nanites were suggested to be save to use. The man in the high castle was the first human with nanite enhancement, increasing his intelligence and slowing down his aging processes.
His "hedquarter" was an enormous ship, known as ark alpha, which has been anchoring in the south pacific, close to vectorias construction site.

In 2045 Vectoria was completed, and Ark alpha lifted its anchors setting course for the new continent. The man in the high castle awoke from cryosleep, altough it wouldn't have been necessary thanks to his nanites. The citadel has become the man in the high castles new home, serving as govermental building, science installation and military base.

Every citizen can do whatever he or she want, as long as they respect the authorities and do not threaten the life of others, or causing negative influence. Everyone is welcome in new vectoria, but the same rules the citizens have to obey also apply to them. Everyone who wants to immigrate has to pass and exam, and medical checks. But everyone causing too many problems can be banned from the country. The EPA is an organisation founded by the mithc, protecting the environment with all means.

Currently the nation owns a few helium 3 mining bases on the moon, and a stunning city is being build. The nation is smart, environmentally stunning and tolerating many things. All sexual orientations are legal, as well as polygamy. The leader shows keen interest in science fiction, and scientific advancment.

The military is one of the most advanced in the world. It features huge valkyrie class shuttles, capable of space flight, and feature ssto/vtol capabilities. They are military standard and mass produced. Massive black and stingray shaped goliath class stealth submarines are patrolling the seas. P-1000 Rattes are the biggest tanks in the arsenal.

But the most feared weapon is the odin orbital system, cosisting out of 50 satelittes, armed with tungsten rods. They can be dropped on every target in the world.

Instead of nuclear icbms, Vecroria has neutron icbms. The radiation is gone after a few weeks.
