The Federical Federations of Moderium has allies who have a semi-annexed status. This means that they keep their own sovereign governments, but aside from that they are part of the FF. Thus they rule their lands as always BUT with the FF's legislation in addition to their own.

Warlesoria, ruled by Empress Gabi from the Capital Gabilon/Reroa Village
Floria, ruled by Empress Amy from the Capital Amylon/Floria City
Victoriania, ruled by Empress Victoria from the Capital Vickylon/Victira
Sarha, ruled by Empress Sarah from the Capital Sarhavka
