ORDER 1: The Great Uniter and Beast has labeled himself "great" for a reason, for he is indeed truly a marvelous dictator, but not labeled "the greatest." That title is reserved ONLY for DEAREST LEADER of Psychotic Dictatorships. The Great Uniter and Beast of the DGES is unable to be truly active every single time, and must deal with events that concern him. This is where the Dragon Master (aide-de-camp to the Great Uniter and Beast) comes into play, as he and only he can manage the DGES in a proper fashion. The problem with the Dragon Master is his inability to speak, making it impossible for the DGES to post in the RMB.

ORDER 2: The DGES has conquered thousands and thousands of nations, but the DGES is not infinite (noting its pretitle) in the fashion as DEAREST LEADER's, as DEAREST LEADER is present everywhere. The DGES is infinite for its ability to present itself (in the most cruel ways) immediately due to conquering a nation, meaning that the DGES is constantly expanding. For that matter, the DGES does have a boundary (though that "boundary" will always change), and beyond that "boundary" lies foreign territory. Since the DGES has made a name for itself by annexing millions of nations already, unconquered nations have shown aggression towards the DGES. If the aggression skyrockets to invasion or war, however, the Great Uniter and Beast shall enforce Order 2, which puts the DGES under a seal. This "seal" prevents citizens from even leaving their houses, unless they are already conscripted into the imperial forces. With this order, the DGES is safe from internal aggression, while the government deals with the "foreign" aggression.

ORDER 3: If you have ever read the wiki page of the DGES before (with the giant rage flag), you will understand as to why the Great Uniter and Beast chose to create this Order. The DGES was put into rule through fear. Yes, even the government officials (other than the Dragon Master) were put into place through the fear factor. Though the officials do not have to follow as many rules as the civilians do, they still have their own sets to abide by. Break them, and they shall be converted into skeletons themselves. This is why it is risky for the DGES to have government officials, and there will be NO extensive amounts of "freedoms" given to the officials. They are only there to create the skeleton army. Should the officials do anything other than creating the army (or praising DEAREST LEADER), they shall be turned into civilians (a.k.a skeletons). And because they were turned into civilians, the Great Uniter and Beast shall give himself the ability to turn the civilians into utter dust, hence the term "purge," for the civilians are now classified as traitors as well.

ORDER 4: The Great Uniter and Beast has immersed himself in the ways of warfare, and has not rested. This makes him vulnerable to sickness, making the DGES vulnerable to coups (explaining Order 3, should the coup be crushed). Summoning "his most devoted servants" is the only solution to this issue. Why not put the DGES under the Dragon Master's control? Simple, because the Great Uniter and Beast will still be physically IN the DGES, meaning that the DGES is still in the presence of its ruler. Besides, the Dragon Master is not quite as wise as the Great Uniter and Beast.

ORDER 5: The DGES has enough skeletal soldiers to crush ANY opposition thrown at us, but soldiers are not infinite themselves, for they have the so-called "lifespan." You may think that skeletons do not have a lifespan. If you do, then PLEASE note that skeletons are able to rot, effectively meaning that they DO have a lifespan, just not in the way that you normally think. This is the reason that the Great Uniter and Beast must ALWAYS expand his army, otherwise the army itself shall be declared as non-existent. Currently, this is not the case, but should the army grow smaller, the DGES shall invade foreign "countries" in order to convert their citizens into skeletons.

SIDE NOTE: The DGES DOES NOT convert FILTHY democratic citizens into skeletons, as they are too disgusting to even associate oneself with.
